If your AEVOR product does not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning it in its original condition within our voluntary return period of 30 days after receipt.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal in any way. You can find details of the statutory right of withdrawal here. Until expiration of the statutory right of withdrawal the conditions of it apply exclusively.

After receiving your return, you will be refunded using the same payment method that you used to pay for your order. Please note that a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.

 

Germany and Austria:

You bear the costs for the return shipment. When using our return portal, we offer you a return slip from a shipping service provider selected by us. We will simply offset the costs of EUR 2.90 € per return against your refund of the purchase price.

How to use our return portal:

  1. Start your return by clicking on the button above or here. You will then be taken directly to our return portal.
  2. Please fill out the form completely. You will find your order number on your invoice or in the shipping confirmation email. You will receive the return slip by e-mail or in the form of a QR code.
  3. Please return items in their original packaging if possible. A replacement for the original packaging must be provided by you.
  4. In the last step, please stick the return slip on your parcel so that it is clearly visible and hand it in to the responsible shipping company. Alternatively, you can show the QR code at the post office or a parcel collection point.
