Return shipping is free within Germany and Switzerland, if you use our return label.

As soon as your package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a refund within about a week to the payment method you used when placing your order.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different product or size, please place a new order.

1. Please include the return form in the package:

   Let us know which items you’d like to return. To do so, print out the return form and include the completed form in your package. You can find your details, such as your customer number and order number, on your invoice or in the shipping confirmation email.

2. Create the DHL return label:

   Fill out the return label with your address information and enter your order number (e.g., ARVS12345678) in the “Order Number” field: . Now simply attach the return label to your package and drop it off, or show the QR code at the post office:

   • Return Label for Germany
   • Return label for Switzerland

If the product does not meet your expectations upon receipt and is still in its original condition, you may return it within the 30-day return period at your own expense. Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different product or a different size, please place a new order.
