Refund policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods (or, in the case of a single order with separate deliveries, the last item; or, in the case of delivery in multiple partial shipments or pieces, the last partial shipment or the last piece).

by providing a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although its use is not required.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use an electronic withdrawal form here in addition to the communication channels listed above. You may declare your withdrawal by filling out and submitting this withdrawal form. After submitting the form, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt of your notice of withdrawal on a durable medium. Use of the withdrawal form is optional. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting a clear statement via email or through any other legally permissible means.
Use of this form does not affect the legal requirements and time limits for exercising your right of withdrawal.
Submitting your notice of withdrawal using the withdrawal form is equivalent to exercising your right of withdrawal via email, mail, or any other permissible method.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you cancel this contract, FOND OF must refund you all payments that FOND OF has received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which FOND OF receives notice of your withdrawal from this contract, unless one of the situations listed below applies. FOND OF will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. FOND OF may withhold the refund until FOND OF has received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

return or hand over. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. This does not apply if the return is made within Germany or from Switzerland and thereturn label provided by FOND OF isused . In this case, FOND OF will cover the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
