Germany & Austria:
Shipping costs: €3.90 (free shipping on orders of €39.00 or more)

For shipments to Switzerland, additional VAT, customs duties, or other fees—such as customs clearance costs—may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs for end customers and may need to be paid by the customer to a third party upon importation of the goods. VAT is calculated based on the taxable value of the goods, which consists of the value of the goods, shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and customs duties. 2. Shipping Information
Please note that packaging and shipping costs include more than just the actual postage. They also include shipping insurance, personnel costs for shipping staff, and packaging. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us.
It’s also possible to have your order delivered to a Packstation. To do so, simply enter your DHL customer number in the “Additional Address” field when entering your address.
3. Delivery Time
We do everything we can to ensure your AEVOR products arrive at your home as quickly as possible. If the items are in stock, your order will be delivered within 5–7 business days as scheduled.
If individual items have a longer delivery time, your order will be shipped as soon as all items in your order are in stock.
4. Returns
